Cancellations due to weather conditions are the Captain’s decision and made the date of your scheduled trip. In case of a cancellation due to weather, your deposit will be refunded, or another date will be scheduled based on availability. A 7-day cancellation notice is required on all scheduled trips. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, a 50% deposit will be charged. If you are a “no-show” on the date of your trip, we will charge the full price of the trip booked.
